Reflections after a Month Writing By Hand

Being a writer, the most challenging thing one has to consider is not whether to write in your nemesis as a comically hamfisted antagonist or whether your plot needs that final twist or whether to cut that beautiful sentence (maybe the most beautiful you’ve ever written) that stands in direct contradiction to the previous five pages. The answer to all of these is yes, obviously.
